Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small mangoes, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup red onion, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded & minced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- So delicious with tortilla chips or on chicken or fish.
